I was so happy with this shop! My small town mail carrier originally messed up the shipping and sent it back to the sender. When I reached out about this she let me know she’d send it right back out as soon as it was returned. She did do this right away and it arrived immediately. The product isn’t too stiff but made very well. I’m super happy and highly recommend this business!

This is the third collar I've ordered from this vendor. I like the softness of the bamboo collar & the fact that it's eco-friendly. My dogs have worn theirs 24/7 and they last for several years. I love the brown collar/turquoise stitching color combination for my brindle Boston Terriers!
