I contacted the seller upon delivery because the buckle would not open. They were very prompt in answering my messages. They did offer to look at it if I sent it back. The return postage combined with the original cost of the color was far more than I wanted to spend. PayPal was able to give me a credit rather than sending it back and getting another collar that was defective.
