We’ve ordered, at least, 3 or 4 of these monogrammed collars from this seller for our dog, and are pleased each time. They last a long time, and I wash them regularly in the washing machine and lay them to dry. I like that our dog has identification that can’t fall off, such as a tag. They are good quality and well made.

These are fantastic collars. This is the third one we have purchased, each for a different dog! Our dogs seem to lose their tags and this gives peace of mind!

I contacted the seller upon delivery because the buckle would not open. They were very prompt in answering my messages. They did offer to look at it if I sent it back. The return postage combined with the original cost of the color was far more than I wanted to spend. PayPal was able to give me a credit rather than sending it back and getting another collar that was defective.
